Syracuse, New York
A first place design award in an international competition and the subsequent publication of the project in the February 1995 issue of Visual Merchandising & Store Design features this conversion of an existing 60,000 sf. racquet club into an indoor amusement center complete with full scale mechanical amusement park rides, batting cages, billiards, video games, bowling and restaurant facilities.
The fully integrated mechanical, lighting and electrical systems in concert with the architectural elements aided in the creation of a new science fiction / sports theme interior.
